Excellent piece of technology
1 of 1 found this helpful This little box works flawlessly when the correct firmware is added to it. However, many ISP's will be moving to Docsis 3.0 and these modems would likely become completely obsolete.
This modem is great for anyone looking to learn how to modify modems, but it will not be too useful in the future since it may be obsolete.

Incredibly popular and useful
These modems allow custom firmware upgrade, great for those trying to learn about modem modifications. It should be supported by most ISP's and will be around for a while. A good grab!
