Apple AirPods

Sometimes it doesn’t connect with the phone
Sometimes it connected but there is no voice, it showed connected but couldn’t hear any voice from AirPods
Thirdly, battery backup is like what?? For 3 hours I charged my pods & it’s fully charged but what when I try to put into my ear then it shows right ear plug has 10% battery like how is it possible because it’s charged the. How can it shows battery is Low.
Last year I bought it from Apple store but I never found any issue like this. If I put it into my ear it was directly connected but now nothing like that..
