    OEM, but probably not new
    It seems to be OEM, but it's obviously not new. It made a lot of fan noise, so I had to open it up. There was *a lot* of dust in there which I had to clean out (shouldn't be like that if really new). The fan rotor doesn't sit well, which seems to be a design flaw that causes the noise. I managed to fix it and it's much quieter now.

    Haven't fully tested, but I did put it on to see the fit. Seems like good quality for the price, and the OEM style looks nice.
