My Retron 3 hd was open and interior cardboard package was ripped. This is advertised as new. The image is unstable and trobes to a point of making you dizzy. (On AV connection). The retro-bit trio and old retron 3 AV which I already own work perfectly on AV CRT TVs and dont produce that unstable image. So im not sure if this is normal for this newer model retron 3 hd or if I was sent a 2nd hand broken garbage. Ordering from Canada this costs you around 186$. Not worth it. Controllers are good.
