I’m a new collector and seller was willing to help me out. The bill came in a hard plastic wrap and also a hard cardboard box that completely kept it protected. Many sellers don’t use a box but I think it’s the best. Seller shipped right away and and I couldn’t be any happier with my purchase. I’d definitely buy from them again.

Buyers beware. Won the bid and immediately received a message, “dont pay im not selling it”!!!! Excuse was ebay wouldnt let seller change pictures and the item was already listed because seller didnt receive price wanted… not my fault! To make it worse after a choicey exchange of words, item was sold to mysef but buyer increased the sell price on the item. What an a**hole! Have fun buying from this individual.

Guy is Full of it. He paid the fair price that he bid on AND RECEIVED THE ONE IN THE PHOTO. He wanted a 1921 HR For 150 NOT 199. 10 years on ebay. Never have i gotten a bad review.
