Not a bad product
I had to crush the USB plug a little to get the fan to work. Not the best thing to do, but it worked.

Good product but check the freight
The free-standing towel rack is a good product. My only complaint was the freight cost which doubled the price. Coming from the UK was an expensive exercise, but I didn't get the option of choosing how it was freighted.

Having an Allen key to operate the lock is a nuisance. Otherwise it works well.
