I have used this product for maybe 20 or more years and bought a replacement on Ebay. A replacement was required not due to the product, but totally my fault in dropping and stepping on the headset. Please Note that you must have a compatible land-line phone. There are many phone models it pairs with and you can check online or with AT&T to find compatibility. This hands-free headset allows you to be completely free to do any activity in your home. This is an older model. Simple, easy, no thrills (ie.. internet or cell connections). This model DOES have call waiting, volume, mute on the headset itself and stays charged up to 24 hours or more off the headset base. I can walk anywhere in my house of 2400 SQ feet. and even a close perimeter outside with a clear connection. This is Exactly what I need to negotiate holding for businesses as long as necessary and continue ANY Activity in home. This headset provides GR8 comfort as I am disabled with chronic pain. No neck, arm, shoulder or any pain from holding a regular handset. I highly recommend this exact model for comfort, function, longevity, ease with set up and use. This model headset also has a low price around $25 + or -. Yes, I would buy this headset again!
