Problem Returning 1 of the scanners I ordered

I bought a total of 11 scanners. I had a problem with one of them, I received it damaged. They sent me another one right a way. Then in my 3rd order I had problem with another one, I requested the return but it was denied, so I ended up with a damaged scanner. The other 10 scanners are working great tho. I normally buy 10 to 15 scanners like this per month. Found out in my case its better ordering directly from Alibaba, the only thing it takes forever so I'll probably order few more with them and see how it goes before I do this move to Alibaba.
