Steer clear of this switch.

I hate to give 1 star reviews, but in this case I feel it's required. I connected my light to this switch and when I turned it on, it blew the lamp. I tested on a second light and a different outlet and sure enough, it blew that light as well. I now have 2 blown lamps and 2 switches that can only be used as a paperweight. Perhaps look at another brand before purchasing this one.

Great concept, poor execution

Despite the description reading otherwise, this HDMI extender does not work with my 4K TV. I tried using with a PS4, Foxtel IQ3 and Macbook Pro (2014) and none of them showed any visuals on my 4K TV while using this extender. I tested the laptop on an older HDTV and the picture did display, however, Foxtel and PS4 did not. Perhaps this extender is more ideally suited for using with a computer to an external monitor, but it certainly is not capable of the 4K. The concept of the item is fantastic but execution lacks when used with newer technology.
