Item sold was 100% as described and in mint condition, the item was purchased in 2000 over 20 years ago & the original box that are actually quite flimsy was in excellent condition considering it was over 20 year old. Unfortunately the buyer expected the Swarovski main dealer touch when i’m just a guy selling some personal items that I don’t need anymore. I offered a refund but I can only envisage the buyer after already getting discount on original sale price wanted more money off price.

The order was delivered without a certificate, without an outer sleeve and without the original insert, as a result of which the star was not secured in the box. The photo of the offer along with the missing parts I mentioned was fake, it was stolen from the profile of another person living in the United States. It will take everyone 2 minutes to determine this fact using Google's image search function. Contact with the seller was humiliating. The seller is absolutely untrustworthy.
