A complete waste of money and time waiting for its arrival.
When I replaced the cartridges yesterday, the printer would not align. After many attempts at trying to correct the issue, I removed the black cartridge #36 which continued to stick in it's holder. The printer then worked using only the color mode. However, the color is very light even when on the darkest setting. The black cartridge is obviously a dud and the color cartridge appears dried out. After waiting for many weeks to receive this item I am very disappointed. A complete waste of money.....
