Excellent laptop processor upgrade!
While the i3 processor in my Lenovo Y460p was working fine, I decided to upgrade it with the I7-2630QM processor. Installation is very straight forward, just took care of cleaning and replacing the old thermal paste. It has been working fine for a few weeks now. The i7 processor generates a bit more heat now but same fan handles it with no problem. I always make sure air flow under the computer is never unimpeded!
