  I have had an amazing experience with this seller! Unfortunately when my watch arrived I discovered that the heart rate sensor was not working which was missing from the description. The seller immediately offered a refund and a discount on another watch! For the quality everything is priced well. Packaging is high quality and protects the watch well. Delivery is a bit pricey but Australia Post takes good care with national delivery. I HIGHLY recommend this seller, best customer service on Ebay!

  Seller sent me a discounted offer (I have all messages relating to the sale), which I accepted and paid. They then contacted me privately and wanted more money, or they would not send me the item I paid for. I sent them screenshots of the discount, which they claimed was an “error.” Would avoid this seller.

  Unfortunately eBay automated sent offer reducing the price without me knowing the new facility. The price on the offer was below my costing and I could not accept the paid price. Sorry for the outcome.
