On the fence
I bought two of these, one for our cabin and one for the car. There appears to be something wrong with the plug that goes into the phone. First time I used it the phone was not connecting. I had to take the case off and after a few minutes I figured out that the only way to get a connection was to lay the phone flat and put something under the phone end plug were the red part ends and the black wire starts so it raised the weight of the phone up a little before the charger would connect with the phone. I have not tried the second one as I have the flu so but hope they are not the same. The micro plug is neat and has a light, handy because our cabin has no 120v power and over all is quite beefy so hoping I am missing something. I will update when I get another chance to use it. When it does connect, it charges faster then any charger I have used! This is on a brand new Droid Turbo 2.

Not cabon fiber
It says carbon fiber but no where does it say "It looks like carbon fiber". What ever it is, a slight press with your finger nail and it leaves a permanent make. With a little more pressure I am sure you could cut through what ever it is. Looks like it is a thin glued on addition, not a armored carbon fiber additional protector. A little thick but should do what I want, protect the phone. So, for the price it should be OK. I just figured out that this is a two piece case, it snaps apart so you can cover the screen as well.

Will not lay flat.
Will I used all three and they all did the same thing. The bottom half of an inch will not lay flat and has an air gap that gets dirt in it that looks like heck. I can not tell if the glass is warped or my screen is. It is brand new Droid Turbo 2.
