Competent winter brake set
Was looking for a better than normal long drop brake for a build I was doing and came across these. The build quality and machining are pretty good for the price, they are even quite light for a winter brake. In stalling was quick and standard with no surprises. I particularly like the quick release system for wheel removal although it looks a little fragile, time will tell if can stand up to regular use. Only drawback with them is they are very boring to look at, would happily pay a few quid more for some more detailing. Tektro already do a more basic long drop calliper so it would be good if these were a bit more 'trick'. Good brake and recommended.

Good quality as always
1 of 1 found this helpful Usual reliable Ultegra shifting performance as you would expect. Nearly as light as Dura Ace but so much more affordable. Only downside is the spacing of the ratios means big jumps between gears. I bought for a specific race and a week in the Alps, once that is over I will swap back to a more close ratio cassette, good to keep in the shed for those really hilly rides.
