Phenix Cheese Reefer
An interesting piece of history. Long time ago cheese was shipped state-to-state by train in refrigerated carriages. Today, cheese is shipped state-to-state by truck with refrigerated containers loaded on the tray. Why they switched from train to truck was because of speed of delivery but with the environment the way it is and reducing our carbon foot print high on the agendas of many organizations, returning back to rail distribution networks may be a good idea. If anyone can offer me anything more related to processed cheese as such please message me. Look forward to rare and collectible processed cheese memorabilia. Thank you.
