Exactly as it appears; decent quality, nothing spectacular but a solid buy.
It's exactly as it appears to be. A mesh hat with NOSTROMO embroidered on it. The embroidery is good and heavy and not cheap-looking. The hat itself is pretty standard; it's not flimsy and easily damaged but not heavy-duty, either. My mechanic husband will be wearing it at work occasionally now that Halloween is done, and it should hold up to that just fine. We haven't tried to wash it, but it's a decent looking cap and we're pleased with it; quality matches the price point.

Terrible for pranks (noisy and unrealistic), tons of fun as a toy
Very unrealistic. I'd bought it hoping to prank a few kids, and while it's movement is quite enough to startle, it is NOISY. Noisy as in "Can hear it from across the house" noisy. There is nothing quiet about the motor. It's not blowdryer noisy but if you're in the same room with it, there's no mistaking it for anything but a motorized toy just from the whining of the gears and motor. The color is also too bright.
That being said? If you aren't looking to get it as a joke item, my six year old LOVES it. Definitely good toy item, terrible prank item. She's taken it out in the yard and it'll get around just fine on dirt, sand, mude, and somewhat on grass. Same in the house; it'll go just fine on carpet and on hardwood. Not super-fast, but it's not a slow dawdling toy, either. I would recommend it as an annoying toy to get nieces and nephews if you want to do the "evil aunt" or "evil uncle" bit with the well-loved super-annoying noisy toys!
There's no way it's remotely realistic. But, if you only want it for the toy aspect? Not a bad buy at all! And so far, my kid hasn't managed to break it and she's been having all sorts of fun with it.

Simple, easy, attractive, and EFFECTIVE
1 of 1 found this helpful These are sturdy, extremely easy to use, and take up very little storage space. We received two as gifts several years ago. With a Fathers Day/Birthday Party at the same time, all outside due to Covid, we needed a way to keep all the food safe. I ordered this additional set and have zero complaints.
These are perfect. You can uncover a dish, temporarily stack this on the cover for another dish, and put it right back over when done. They easily cover a 9x13 cake pan (and birthday cake!) and are tall enough for most pitchers. The netting is easy to see through but will handily block all but the smallest insects. When done? They fold down TINY. All six take up less space in our cabinet than a roll of foil.
These are simple and well-made and very effective. We added a fan blowing air around the patio and had no problems with flies and bugs at all. Afterwards, these washed off easily in the sink with a bit of soapy water (we had icing and bbq sauce and such on the trim). They're even slightly decorative, and look nice enough to use at a fancier event. Best recommendation? The other guests were asking where I got them and planning to buy some as well.
For such a minor investment, they make a big difference in any outdoor event!
