Great work out!
This is a wonderful low inpact workout....you will see results! I have lupus and this is a good one for loosing up and moving without doing damage to the joints...You have the option of doing 1 ,2 or all 4 miles..its what ever you choise to do that day..how ever you feel...this is the work out for you!
