Illustrations reinforce storyline
This is a lovely read. A simple tale of how a boy's bear becomes jealous when his grandma gives him another bear, hence the title. We read this straight through and enjoyed the tale, but then went back and drew attention to the facial expressions of the jealous bear which changed as his plans became more Machiavellian, the plan unfurled and the regret then caused. It all ends happily of course, a lasting friendship remains and the reader feels part of the secret. Highly recommended.

Great value for money, highly recommended.
Quite simply, if you have a British army, this is the book you need. As well as generic "Reinforced" platoons which can get you started and include a wonderful variety from the whole period, there are theatre specific lists which provide more interest. Production is typical of the Osprey books, paperback, glued spine, pretty pictures, not exactly durable archive material, but perfectly serviceable. Research is good given its length, pictures illustrate well but a painting guide in the style of FOW publications would have been useful. Would I recommend? Obviously. The rest of this series (I have them all) are exactly the same format, presentation etc and manage to balance the "Let's just get on with the game" ethos with an appetiser for other units.

Excellent value in this quantity.
Very pleased with these bags as they are very well priced in this quantity and have many uses for clear view storage and as they are so durable can be used many times. Very secure locking, a real vacuum and the mechanism outlasts many other types I have tried. Can be easily written on of needed. Highly recommended.
