Works as intended
This in-line volume control works as expected. I get no "crackling" or "interference" from the devise.
The volume wheel is "protected" to minimize accidental volume adjustments. Happy with the purchase.

Not worth the cheap price
1 of 1 found this helpful Needed some basic headphones for TV use at night when others are sleeping.
Pros:
- Cheap
- Sound quality adequate for the price
- Adjustable volume
Cons:
- Headphone adjust ability limited
- Very uncomfortable to me, they just don't sit right on my head
I do NOT recommend this product, there are better headphones out there in that price range.

Good OE replacement
Looks, works and fits just like the Original Equipment (OE) unit.
Timer still has plastic/steel knob rod which is what broke in the first place. So no improvement to the OE design.
