1 of 1 found this helpful This is one product I will buy over and over. Third purchase of it, it fell in water once and while I dried it immediately it kept working, no issues with keeping it in my ear, and most say I sound better when I use it than when I use my phone. Some interface issues and you'll want to turn off the automatic feature that knows when it's in your ear if you have trouble with keeping it connected, otherwise works perfectly, all three I've bought over the years. Constantly on my phone and it's in my ear if I'm awake! Hope eventually they start using a replaceable battery.

great mask
as a nurse, i'm far more aware of the effects and how to avoid exposures; this mask is comparable to those i've worn in medical facilities. the three-layer design with moisture repellant is especially important in any mask; if i wear a KN95,it's because i'm fearful about others in the place i'm going NOT wearing them and have opted out of my double layer cotton with a less formal filtration system; i've worn them twice, i felt safe wearing it, i did have to adjust the ear straps a bit tighter with some knots in the strings--i want it to fit tight and actually give it a chance to do its job. i believe it did. i read some of the reviews and i had no such concens about it not looking as advertised and about the ear pieces being too short.

meh--design improvements not so good.
2 of 2 found this helpful i'm disappointed, i've been using plantronics for years now; this is my fifth or sixth one. but the design hurts my ear where it rubs on the back, the earpiece is oversized (though there are other earpieces included there is too much hard plastic and not enough cushion on them), the charge doesn't last nearly as long as my old ones did, and the buttons on it are harder to push-i have to use three fingers to hang up a call, instead of just one as it is harder to push. the only more positive feature i can think of is that it stays in my ear a bit better when hugging someone and wearing winter coats etc.
