Who made what's in the bottle?
Plastering your "In Tune Piano Supply" label over "made in USA, Dampp-Chaser Corp. Hendersonville, NC" is not a very bright idea. It makes a big difference whether Dampp-Chaser Corp made what's in the bottle, which might otherwise be any Chinese humidifier lime solvent unsuited for the Dampp-Chaser system. Why cover up the only means of authentication a customer has? Or is it really a knockoff?

Helpful but not a cure
It can help some relieve symptoms of glue ear. It is not a cure for the problem.
