Works where others did not, one improvement needed.
Very well made tool, great for difficult snap back case's. Because it levers by tilting the wedge to one side, it can create a tremendous amount of pressure on the edge of the tool tip. I did ding the lip on a very difficult case back, but no other tool was able to open this particular case back. The tool tip does wear, be prepared to grind back to shape....or buy new tool tips.
