Sound quality is very good, just as good as the beats by Dre I owned previously. A bit uncomfortable, won't stay in place most of the time. Overall good product for the $$

Worked for a month then failed.

Don't waste your money! Product is very easy to use and very accurate but that lated a month. Suddenly the wrist band fails to inflate properly and stops at 135 ending up reading a very low reading of about 20 point on both sys and dia while reading the pulse correctly. I was expecting a better quality item from Omron.
