Horrible design.

I am a mechanical engineer. The hose connecting to the outlet is poorly designed and lack of manual ( I purchased an open box product) was not available to figure out the simple hose connection Avoid

Best product, for the price, on the market

Fantastic experience. Eurmax staff was helpful and fair when it looked like the color we wanted was out of stock. They figured out how to ship the sides separately to complete the order. We purchased the canopy to see our friends in a dry, walled and warm space during the pandemic. With the propane heaters, and propane fire pit, we have the safest and warmest patio on the block. Canopy is VERY well made, and they offer EVERY part to replace broke connectors, legs and replacement sides/top. Very easy to assemble, but it took two men to finish raising the roof. My wife is shorter and could not lift above her head. I would buy from Eurmax again.
