needed for video clarity
2 of 2 found this helpful The best video you can get out of the original xbox is 480p widescreen (for most games), and you need component video cables for that (the composite red white yellow will not do the trick). Most after market component cables for original xbox are of terrible quality, so go with OEM brand.

I love the SNES version of Doom!
1 of 1 found this helpful This game is slow and plodding compared to the PC version, but that just makes it less action and more survival-horror. And the music in the SNES version is much better than those primitive, thin midi files that pass for music in the PC version. This game is awesome.

A necessary upgrade from the Duke
1 of 1 found this helpful The OG Xbox was a great console, but the original controller was a beast. This S Model is much better. If you like the 360 controller (and who wouldn't) you'll love this one. The D-pad might be a little better here than on the 360 controller as well.
