On Screen Menu Issues

An error message would appear on the screen if you try to record multiple programs simultaneously. This error message cannot be removed. I tried repeatedly to get the message off the screen including rebooting it multiple times.

Controller Does Work!

The service was prompt, but the controller works for 3-5min and then starts to automatically pull to the left without touching the left analogue stick. It makes the controller unusable. I have reset the controller repeatedly with a toothpick (on the pad's back), all to no avail. Disapointed :-(
