Better than expected
1 of 1 found this helpful My Xbox One is behind the TV, but the reflected IR still allows it to be controlled if the remote is directed toward the wall to the side of the TV. The remote feels like a quality device in the hand.
Cons:
1) Based is curved, so it is hard to press buttons if it rests on a surface.
2) The backlit buttons are nice, but the light turns off too quickly.
3) The lack of labels means that learning the functions is trial-and-error.
4) I would have accepted a larger remote in exchange for more buttons (for example, XYAB from the game controller).

adequate
I docked two stars because:
* The inline mute button does not reliably toggle Zoom's software mute.
* Swinging down the mic I sometimes hit my glasses.
* The mic has notches in its traverse to keep it in position, but this causes a ratcheting noise to be amplified in that ear.
I answered 'no' to "Is it a good value?" because at full price I would prefer to invest more in a better model.

adequate product; best value
Ear pads required stretching near the breaking point (it seemed) to install. The boom mic windscreen was a little loose; a twist tie held it in place. Nevertheless, compared to all the other products I researched on eBay and Amazon, this was the best value.
