Set and forget.
Bought it to go on holidays. Tested it for two weeks before. Food last easily for two week with one fill. Never going to handfeed again. Just refill every two weeks..and the feeder does the rest.

Not worth the money
When you buy these beater attachments they’re supposed to clean the sides of the bowl, scrape it nicely clean. Well...this one doesn’t. I spent a fortune on this item..for an item as basic as this..and it doesn’t work. I still had to clean the sides with a spatula afterwards and work the ingredients back in as this attachment didn’t do anything it was supposed to do. Kitchenaid didn’t think this design through..or didn’t care. Very expensive, non functional. And...basically it’s such a necessary attachment...it should have come with the mixer when I bought it!
