Many pieces broken with little use
We got this adorable police car for our little guy’s first birthday, to match his older brother’s fire truck (another brand). He was barely big enough to use it at first, and the 30 day warranty quickly lapsed. Here we are, 5 months later and it’s been broken for 3 months. The piece connecting the front wheels to the axle broke, rendering it useless because it could not be steered. The piece was back ordered so we had to wait awhile to order and receive it. We got it a week or two ago and my husband, a hobby builder who recently finished a kitchen remodel, has been fighting with this thing for over an hour trying to fix it. The metal cap to secure the wheel became warped when trying to pry it off, as did the wheel itself. It seems that, in order to fix one part, you need to buy several other pieces as well, as it’s poorly built and low quality. I’m sad that I paid over a hundred dollars for this for my son’s first birthday. I hoped he’d get a lot of enjoyment out of it but it lasted only a few rides. I really don’t want to invest more money into fixing this, but it needs a new front wheel and several caps to secure pieces onto it. Don’t waste your money, there are much nicer ride-on toys.
