I can't wait to try!

I can hardly wait to try this method! I have been doing no-knead for years, one loaf at a time. This method enables me to store dough, maybe several, and not mix every time I want a loaf. It will save so much time, plus by leaving it in the fridge, it mimics sourdough. Unfortunately, I am going out of town for 3 weeks. Darn! I will try first thing when I return.
