Scribbled out pages do not = highlighting

This book was advertised as good with highlighting or notes. Multiple, majorly scribbled over pages with a dark blue marker is not the same thing as highlighting. This book should've sold for a fraction of what it was sold for and with an honest description, e.g. acceptable rather than good. Someone with struggling eyesight would not be able to decipher some of this book.
