Cheap and Effective
I needed a new phone that would use the 3G networks as my current Telco advised that their 2G service would be ending in April 2017. I looked at the available options for buying a 3G phone with many being pricey and more than I wanted to spend.
After doing a bit of research on the ZTE ZIP Blade it looked like it would fit the bill for me (I make and receive occasional calls and don't use much in the way of data). I decided to buy one because not only did it receive and make calls over the 3G networks in Australia, but it also has capacity for 4G as well as providing the current Android operating system which is packed with features and functionality. This is all for a measly $65. I just had to contact my Telco and get them to send me a micro sim to fit the new phone and I was up and running.
A good modern phone, a stack of features and great value for money.
