Easy to use
My drive died and I bought this to replace it. It's great to just plug in this drive and have it work easy. Instructions were easy to follow and CDs are good. So greatful.

Non standard battery, not good for USA.
The battery type was not listed. Upon arrival the battery slot was not for a standard AAA or AAA battery. My photo is an example of an AAA next to the remote. I can't find a battery that will fit so it's worthless.

Defective. No heat.
Right out of the box it didn't work. I tested it well. I plugged it into various types of usb and a car port using the adapter. The cup didn't heat up at all. Cold coffee all day. The silicone smells bad. The inside holds way less than it looks like in the outside. Overall a poor product.
