      This guy has great reviews so maybe it's just me. I'm really quite confused actually. I sent him 2 messages but he totally ignored me. His communication sucked. At least it did with me. I needed it so I just bought it. I'm not disappointed in the item or the shipping per se, other than it was way over priced. I offered him a fair price - no response. Then I asked him about other parts and he ignored that too. I'm a good buyer - excellent reviews. He should have replied to me, even with a "no".

      I've since purchased another item from this seller and it went extremely well. Seems he wasn't notified of my earlier communication and he apologized profusely. I am impressed with his customer service and his willingness to go above and beyond. He is is really great seller!

      The first one I received was defective. I reached out to the seller about a replacement and he immediately got on sending another one. I received the other one today. I haven't driven much but I did drive around a bit to test it and all looks good so far. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
