Buyers should ignore the other negative feedback that was left by another buyer. you should always reach out to the seller they’re usually excited to help even if USPS damages of the package. When buyers don’t even reach out and leave bad feedback, it’s lazy .

I received a package that was so poorly packaged that the case around the comic was broken. I messaged the seller and he ignored me. These things shouldn’t be tolerated.

I am sorry that your comic case was damaged by the carrier. I go to great lengths to ensure my comics are packaged securely. I did not ignore you as I offered to return your comic. I was unfortunately away for a medical matter and could not respond right away before you decided to give negative feedback. I did offer to return and refund the comic, but you decided to initiate the return without finding other ways to resolve this. After 15 days you decided to close the return and keep the comic.
