Exact replacement
It fit and works. What else does it need to do? Price was right

Receives well transmitter is weak
I have the unit receiving from Comcast Cable. The TV signal is sent to my Tivo unit and that part works well. The router however has a very weak signal. I need to be within 5' of the unit to get a good (on my meter) signal. I am using the "WiFi Analytics" app for the signal strength and I get a "poor" signal until I am within about 5' of the Arris. I also has very slow response on my laptop at about 30' away, but when I get within 5' I get a really fast response.
