Better than average calcium source!
This is a better source of calcium if you are building back your bones, but a bit pricey

The Best of Both Worlds
Just what I was looking for is a plant based protein with lots of greens! also, there's some iron and vitamin C. I think this formula is better for my bone health and overall ease of processing. It mixes easily with liquids, too. The quantity and price are also reasonable. I appreciate the love that went into "Tone it Up!"
