Niehoff FE717 A/C Vacuum Air Cleaner Motor Actuator
    14 January 2024
    Quality replacement
Was looking for a replacement vacuum motor for a 1970 Cadillac. Even though it wasn't listed as fitting this vehicle, with a little modification to the length of the plunger shaft, it works perfectly for my application.
New W10190935, AP4359694 Ice Maker Motor Module For Whirlpool Refrigerator
    19 January 2021
Fitment is identical to Whirlpool original
I was skeptical buying a Non-OEM part (this is a Supco brand), but it's doing the job and my ice maker is back up and running. Guess time will tell for how long.
Suspension Ball Joint Front Lower Moog K8687
    15 March 2016
    Moog K8687 for '04 Taurus/Sable
Received the Moog K8687 ball joint new in the box and immediately knew it was factory defective by moving the ball stud back and forth. Unusual amount of looseness/play...most indicative of a what you would find in a well used ball joint. Confirmed it by going to the local auto parts store and having them pull a couple off the shelf to compare. I understand this was likely an isolated case, but does pose the question of quality and quality control. Other thing I noticed compared to the factory Motorcraft ball joint is that the protective boot is thinner. Subsequent research revealed many complaints/problems with them tearing during installation due to it being of a weaker material.
