Bad Product
I have been purchasing Time Zone by Estee Lauder for over 30 years so I am very familiar with this product. Upon opening the package I was surprised to see oil floating across the surface and a slight color change from the basic white to more of a cream color. I also noticed the jar was not filled to the brim which always causes a type of “suction” when removing the plastic cover. Your plastic cover was removed with ease. If I had to draw a conclusion I would say the product has expired or another product was substituted. Needless to say, I am very disappointed.
