  I bought a Macbook pro from this seller advertised as almost new but when I received it, it was a bit damaged in the corner, the screen was filthy and lightly scratched, and the keyboard had small pieces of hair on it. It was disgusting! Warranty was about to expire too! At first, right after he received my $1,041, he was all nice constantly messaging me but after I complained he ignored me! Words cannot describe enough this type of despicable attitude! He cost me $33 to ship it back to him!

  Buyer failed to read and review the description of the item before placing a bid, it was as described. Made unreasonable demands, also made several false and exaggerated claims. All communication on our part was timely and courteous. Buyer tried to communicate outside of the dispute process and outside of our operating hours. Buyer violated the shipping and returns policy. We waived our return policy and restocking fee, full refund was provided and every effort was made to resolve the issue. BAD
