Unfortunately this appears to be another overseas seller that uses a shipper that keeps delaying and delaying delivery until it is too late to leave any feedback. This is a tactic I have seen several times. The original delivery date is long past, and the new ones are projected over a month out. All this time the tracking info says it is in the destination country with no other details or anyone to contact. I am attempting to get a refund as well on this item now.
