She then told me she would refund the shipping costs. 2 minutes later she messages back saying she can't give me a refund for a bunch of reasons that didn't make any sense which is bullsh$t. I've got parcel refunds before, this seller is just a lazy, lieing, thief.

Fun until randomly broke and costly repair
5 of 7 found this helpful OP1 suddenly stopped turning on. It was plenty charged and I had used it a few hours prior. I am scared to recommend this product. For $1200 or whatever is msrp, it better not break! If it does they better fix it for free or reasonable cost. Company Teenage Engineering recommended said it would take a $50 repair quote plus cost of repairs. There are diy repair guides but who knows what exactly is wrong and some oem parts are hard to find.
It was a lot of fun when it worked but its definitely not for everyone. You have to make your own fun (and music!) with it, it's completely what you make it. It made me appreciate the ease of production on a computer! Although the limitations of this device do promote creativity and can be fun. It would be nice if they released an OP2 with some modern upgrades and hopefully better warranty for a toy with a $1000 markup.
