Got my old Honda HT3813 purring again.
The part arrived in short order but because I had a lot of other projects in the way I just recently installed the parts and the PTO clutch works great again.

Works Great. Don’t get all tangled up in broken plastic anymore.
The item arrived quickly and after reviewing a uTube video I was able to change the panel out in about 15 minutes. Figured out that I only needed to unplug cable to the lumbar switch and tread the switch body out of the old panel and back into the new panel. Plug the lumbar cable back in snap the switch body in and your done.
