small bots and tiny nuts
It's mostly easy to install. The only problem I had was putting the very small nuts onto the small bolts that attach the brackets to the metal vent plenum are took a lot of patience. Once that was finished everything else went smoothly. I'm looking forward to keeping the vents open and not worrying about rain.

Good phone, minor quirks that are easy to overlook.
Overall good phone. It has some quirks. When you hang up the phone it goes to the main screen so you have to start over to get to the phone. If the phone is locked and you get a phone call when you finish and hang up the phone goes back to lock. With multiple e-mail accounts they are all separate lists or maybe I haven't figured out how to make the screen show all at once. I'd like a better get started pamphlet. Battery is awesome and phone quality is very good, much better than the HTC G2. The task manager app is very good to stop apps from running down the battery.
