Looks good but there are no specs

There are multiple jumpers on the PCB but no directions, so unclear how they function. Since there are no instructions, it is unclear what the tolerances are with respect to power supply, frequency range, etc. Soldering is of fair quality. The price makes this easy to buy and try.
