  They claimed it came with a insert in their Description yet when the item arrived it was missing the piece, tried to negotiate a very small refund so I could purchase said piece it should have come with, I was instead met with a very headstrong person not willing to budge or fix their mistake. Instead they ghosted me after claiming it was my mistake they didn't ship part of the item the Description claimed to have. Please fix all your listings before this happens again.(shipped in cereal box.)

  Hello, I never claimed there was any sort of mistake. You tried to convince me with very long paragraphs that a piece not shown in the listing shouldve been included, but no amount of words will change what was in the listings, u can't debate ur way into making words mean things they don't or convincing reality to change by acting like Destiny. There was no mistake on my end, you assumed something not shown was included& I offered to let you return the item, but u demanded $30 to no end
