I found that the print server is not the problem but the drivers on my server 2012 will (after an update) not talk to any printer that I hook to this device and the documentation is not helpful.

The one to buy

This product is better than just buying the motor because you get the cables and linkage. I found that in addition to the motor, I had a cable that was ready to break. So glad that I made the RIGHT choice.
