Works but makes a high pitched constant noise instead of the usual sound
Other F Sets I've used make a kind of a siren sound changing the pitch constantly, but this one just has a very high pitched sound which is constant. Otherwise it seems to work well enough.

Low quality poorly designed but fast
It’s a camera inside a box. Yes, the picture is 14mp but it’s a 14mp photo of a photo or a slide, so expectations shouldn’t be too high. Internal memory is enough to scan about 45 photos, after which you switch it over to USB mode and copy them to the computer. The instructions are not very useful, but it’s a simple device so it’s not hard to figure out. One big design flaw is that the top clear cover is Perspex rather than glass, so as you wipe off the dust, it gets a static charge which attracts even more dust. By default, the light is too bright, but you can reduce it to improve picture quality and reduce reflection from dust on the Perspex.
