Next Battery Smoke Protection
I had two of the wired Nest detectors in my old house in hallways. Loved using the night light, which is also available on the battery model. I wonder how the battery will last 10 years if using the night path light a lot. I bought five battery Nest detectors and have them in all bedrooms, by furnace and in main hallway. They talk to each other and tell you which one is activated. “Smoke in master bedroom” or “Carbon monoxide detected in basement” can be heard from every detector. Love the peace of mind.
